Sorry Amira, but this video is awful.

It was poorly transferred from VHS to DVD. The production values were poor to begin with. The overall appearance is very grainy. There is no warm up or stretching. The introduction isn't great. Amira is poorly lit and her skin looks pasty and dead white and the high contrast lipstick is completely unappealing. The set looks like a garage sale. The inspirational commentary just comes off as trite and tacky. If this was a buyer's introduction to belly dance you would be completely turned off.

On the redeeming side, if you are an instructor looking to add some stripping moves to your class or a different way to teach camel, this video may be worth checking out. It isn't one I will come back to.

Given that high quality bellydance videos are available in $17 price range, this one should be marketed well under $10.
