This was my first Rodney Yee video. I have been struggling with back problems for a while and wanted something I could do at home. Rodney is a very good instructor and this video is relaxing and a good introduction to yoga. However, I found it too short, with few excercises and does not provide poses for different levels. I do feel good after doing it - but I will be looking for other more advanced Rodney Yee videos.
