Not for beginners. You need at least some experience in bellydance first. The movements are not that difficult but there is no tutorial and the moves are not taught with enough time to learn them before putting all movements together. If you dont know how to bellydance-move your hips, then this video will be a little frustrating. This video could be enhanced with an added hip tutorial. The instruction is very poor.

I expected more belly dance moves, but it was mostly jazz and other forms of dance mixed with a little belly movements. and definitely not for beginners. I could not keep up, not much instruction. they go through the dance routine once and then expect you to move like your a pro. one of the routines looked like something Brittney Spears would do in her video.
I'd suggest learning how to dance in Jazz, Hip Hop, belly dance, and also learn yoga first. I recommend Veena and Neena videos.
