Three discs = 5 films: Columbo goes to the Guillotine and Murder (Columbo solves the murder of a magician who was killed by one of his own tricks), Smoke and Shadows (A high powered film director hides evidence but not from Columbo).

Sex and the Married Detective (Columbo tracks down a sex therapist involved in a crime of passion)and Grand Deceptions (a general is murdered by his ambitious colonel and Columbo faces a lot of problems nailing the killer);

Murder, a Self Portrait: (An artist lives with 3 women, his wife, his ex-wife and his model -- a complicated murder).

These movies are great and Columbo is ... Columbo. Peter Falk is as smart and witty as ever despite the greying hair. The rumbled raincoat is still his trademark along with "just one more thing ..." It's a pleasure to watch Columbo in full-length movies rather than one-hour shows. By the way the Bonus Feature "America's Top Sleuth's is fun and this from someone who thinks extras are a waste of disc-space.

If you're a Columbo fan this set is a must and if you're new to this delightful detective this series is a great place to start.
