A lot of comedy, but not as much as in the first season. What's more, the characters changed a bit (not in an evolving way) and that degenerated them. Thomas isn't the sensible, sophisticated one we can rely on to provide a good medium between Cole and Martin. Instead, he's reduced to being the "What's up dooooooog!" giggling guy. Pam isn't an equal rival anymore, often responding to Martin's severely derogatory comments with just a scowl or angry pout. Gina is too much like Martin. It's as if they changed her into a female Martin. Bad move. Also, too much time is spent on the Martin's Mother character, Mrs. Payne. In the first season she was funny, but in this one she is just silly and irritating. "Get on with the show!" is what comes to mind when she comes into view. The downfall of this show was blamed on Tischa Campbell, but I've got got the first 3 seasons and am convinced that it degenerated enough to warrant cancellation. Well, I'll see with the 4th season. I'm crossing my fingers that it returned to the quality of the first season.
