Amazing! Definately not your typical hospital drama. Original plots that keep you guessing. I love the unpredictable endings, and if I didn't see it coming, you know it's good! Each episode takes you through directions that leave you surprised, and wanting more.
Such a great show!

This drama is set in a south Florida plastic surgery center, McNamara-Troy, centering around the two doctors who own it.

Sean McNamara, is having problems at home, trying to keep his family together and patching up the rocky road him and his wife Julia are experiencing.

On the other hand, sex-craved Christian Troy uses his charm to bring in potential female candidates and conducts shady business deals, often for the love of money. While Sean takes his job seriously, he often has to fix Christian's mistakes.

I love how this show treats and talks about taboo subjects with such ease. It's most definitely nothing like any other television series I've seen and it's quite entertaining.

The reason why this show looses one star rating is that there is way too much sexual graphic contents for my liking. If they would ease up a little on this, I would give it 5 stars without hesitation. I realize they want to make this show as realistic as possible (and they do), but in my honest opinion, sometimes they go a little too far. But hey, this is my opinion, maybe other reviewers have no problem with this issue.

I recommend this series to anyone who is not afraid of listening and viewing graphic images of people being cut open during an operation (because they can get quite graphic) or people having pleasure in bed (and they can get quite graphic there also). Just be careful, it's not for everyone...!
