The android saga starts with a bang! The quality is amazingly exceptional and still has that Jaw-dropping tone to it. I absolutely love that Funimation took the time to re-master this series. The quality seems to increase with every box set setting a new and better standard for each new release although the quality of previous box sets was also amazing for such a dated anime.

Although one will have to settle for a few revised lines here and there as opposed to a completely re-vised English soundtrack, it's still fantastic. All the voice actors were completely into their characters at this point so It's an absolute joy to hear them in complete dolby 5.1 sound.

This release is definitely fantastic for the price/value trade off and is an absolute treat for any long/short term Dragon Ball Z fan or people watching for the first time. Definitely reccomended.

season 1: 39 episodes
season 2: 35 episodes
season 3: 33 episodes
season 4: 32 episodes
total episodes 139 for the first 4 seasons

season 5: 26 episodes ( some say that season 5: has 26 episodes )
season 6: 29 episodes
season 7: 25 episodes
season 8: 35 episodes
season 9: 38 episodes
total episodes 153 for the last five seasons ( or )
total episodes 152 for the last five seasons

total altogether comes to 292 episodes
now question is. is their a bonus episode that we do know about?
or am i wrong about season 5? which is correct season 5: 25 episodes or season 5: 26 episodes

either way on my episode list in my documents the total adds up to the same.
all well the series is awesome
