You can tell that all good things come to an end with season 7 of the Waltons. Everything is getting sloppy with the writing and directing of the episodes. The direction of the show is trying to grab new viewers with new attractions and scenarios with the characters, but it cheapens the quality of the show. The biggest example of this is Grandpa.... what happen to Grandpa?!?
I can't imagine the quality of the remaining season's of the beloved Walton's.

With the end of the sixth season grampa was not himself as ester was comming out of the hospital. where season 7 starts the family remembers grampa as he passed away 6 months prior how come they did not show his final days and or his last performance not that I glorify death would like to see the emotional side of the family thats my only complaint with the 7th season. THE REST OF THE EPISODES ALL GOOD THANKS.
