About the DVD: The original Hanna-Barbera Classic!
This classic cartoon about the adventures of the world's largest but very lovable dog originally aired in the late 70s on CBS-TV as part of their Sunday morning "All-new Popeye Hour". This three-disc collection features all 32 episodes of the Hanna-Barbera creation, Dinky Dog. An adorable, hairy mountain of affection, Dinky lumbers his way into everyone's heart. His owner is Uncle Dudley, who says he's outgrown everything and must go! His friends, Monica and Sandy are always dreaming up schemes to protect Dinky from Uncle Dudley and sure enough, their tactics work, usually just in time as DInky manages to solve a mystery, if only by accident.
Dinky Dog featured an all-star voice cast including Frank Welker ("Megatron" in The Transformers, "Freddy Jones" and "Scooby" in Scooby-Doo, "Nibbler" in Futurama) and Jean Vander Pyl ("Wilma" and "Pebbles Flinstone" in The Flinstones, "Rosie the Robot Maid" in The Jetsons).
