"Cagney and Lacey: The Menopause Years" is ready for release much to the delight of all us happy C&L fans. This drama series starred Emmy award winners Sharon Gless (Christine Cagney) and Tyne Daly (Mary Beth Lacey) who are back and ready for police action in this four movie disc set nicknamed "Menopause Years". The four reunion movies are from the 1990's and they are: Cagney & Lacey: The Return, Cagney & Lacey: Together Again, Cagney & Lacey: The View From The Glass Ceiling and Cagney & Lacey: True Convictions. These movies take place after the series original run in the 1980's.

It's fantastic that the main two actresses are reunited and only the originals will do. They have a wonderful chemistry together even until this day. One of very few duos that in my opinion have this spark and I really appreciate this along with the fine acting that goes along with it.

The movies are of course about Cagney and Lacey together again. They find there way back to each other after an absence. I will give a more indepth review of product and movies once I receive and watch the whole boxed set. I'd seen the first two movies when they orginally aired so this will be a welcome return to my TV set.

I will be buying this package set and I encourage all C&L fellow fans to do the same. Hopefully then we'll get the whole series released!
