    Pro Active Shipping Policies

    All of our orders are despatched from the UK and deliveries to North America (Canada & USA) generally take 7 or 8 days.

    Following receipt of an order, we will always try to ship the order on the same day. If this is not possible, we will complete despatch on the next business day. Most of our parcels are sent by Royal Mail (Airmail). Should an order value be in excess of $50, we will send the package by International Recorded Delivery. This service requires a signature upon arrival at the customer's address.
