Q: I'm not sure if the software I ordered is compatible with my system or not. How do I check?
A: Please contact us directly by sending us a message so we can confirm the system requirement compatibility. We highly suggest you contact us if the system platform does not specifically state which Macintosh Operating System. In most cases, if it does not state the platform of which your Operating System is, ie: does not show Windows 7, then it is NOT compatible!

We are currently going through all of our Inventory on Amazon to reflect their System Compatibility released directly from the publisher. During this time, we do insist that you contact us if you have any questions about system compatibility. - March 2012

Q: The item description and/or system requirements of an item you carry is incorrect!
A: All product descriptions and system requirements are written and compiled by Amazon and/or the product manufacturer. If a product details are incorrect, please notify Amazon by using the Suggestion Box at the bottom of the product page. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect descriptions and/or system requirements. Please research all items before checking out!

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A: All shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.

Q: Do you offer a combined shipping charge? I bought more than one item.
A: We do NOT offer combined shipping rates. In cases where the shipping charge is much higher than the actual shipping rate, the difference has been calculated into the item price, resulting in an exceptional total cost value.

Q: I've decided I don't want my order. What should I do?

A: Please e-mail us right away! We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel your order at no charge. If your order has already shipped, we will issue an RMA (Returns Materials Authorization) number. Shipping and handling charges on shipped orders are non-refundable.

Q: I made a mistake on my credit card information or billing address. Can you help?
A: As third-party merchants, we do not have access to any credit card or billing information. We will not receive your order information until your payment is processed through Amazon's servers. To change your billing information, please contact Amazon customer service by clicking on 'Help' at the top right hand corner of any page. 

Q: Do you carry PAL version video games?
A: All of our games are NTSC. We do not carry any PAL version games. Please check your video game system to see if it can play NTSC version game (just a hint: if you bought your system in the United States, it should play NTSC games only)

Q: My video game / software does not work!
A: We will be happy to take back all defective merchandise. Please contact the publisher to determine if the disc is defective, or if the issue lies with a compatibility issue. Often, the problem lies with an incompatibility between the software and the customer's display settings, video card drivers, sound cards, operating system, or other software. For your convenience, we have compiled a list of software publishers' technical support sites at our seller help page.

Please note that we can refund shipping for defective products only. If the product does not work because your system does not meet the stated requirements (ex. Windows XP, or NTSC), we cannot refund shipping costs. We can only take back merchandise in new condition.

As technology progressed forward, we began whole-selling computer CDs around the world. Today, we have customers globally.     Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    Seller Shipping Rates and Times

    When you purchase a new, refurbished, used, or collectible item from a seller at Amazon Marketplace, you pay immediately, online. Included in your payment is a pre-calculated fee for shipping. Marketplace shipping fees are fixed for the products listed in the chart below. Shipping rates for items not listed in the chart below are determined by the seller. Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple items results in multiple shipping charges - there are no "per shipment" and "per item" charges.
    To see shipping charges for a specific item or order, place the item(s) in your cart and proceed to the Order Summary page. You'll see shipping charges and don't need to finalize your order right away. You can always continue shopping and items will remain in your cart - your order isn't complete until you click the Place your order button.

    Shipping Time Frame

    Sellers ship your item(s) within 2 business days of purchase. Domestic Standard shipments are expected to arrive within 4 to 10 business days after shipping. Shipments to the United States are expected to arrive 7 to 12 days after shipping. Marketplace shipping times are not guaranteed and the actual performance varies by seller.

    Should you have any questions about your shipment, please contact your seller directly.

    How Rates are Calculated charges Marketplace buyers a flat rate for shipping, and funds are passed to the seller to offset packaging and labor costs, as well as the actual postage required.

    The credit given to a seller usually closely matches what the seller pays to ship the item. However, there may be times when the credit exceeds the shipping costs. Please understand that these cost variations are an inherent feature in any mail-order service.

    If you select a gift-wrap option, we will print your message on a matching gift tag tied with a satin ribbon. Otherwise, we'll include your message on the packing slip.

    We do not put prices on packing slips for your convenience.
