    Philosophy

    We are a high-end e-boutique for fine decor and timeless gifts. As such, we sell only top-quality, brand new merchandise that is without flaw or defect. We deal only with reputable manufacturers, suppliers, & importers to ensure the highest quality. We check the quality of every item when it arrives on our premises and again before it is shipped out. Items in stock ship within 1-3 days after the item has been paid for.     AmericanChateau Shipping Policies

    We ship worldwide. We will ship your item within 1-3 days of your payment being received. For Canadian Customers everything is shipped from Canada. This ensures quick delivery of your item and prevents any issues with customs and import taxes. For US customers everything is shipped from the US.  For customers outside of North America your item is shipped from the US.  For shipments outside the USA and Canada, import duties and taxes charged by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.  These charges are not included in the shipping prices quoted and must be paid for locally if charged by your local government.

    We use new shipping materials and use professional packers to pack your items to ensure safe delivery. If you do not recieve your package within 2 weeks of purchase, please contact us. You never need to worry, we will provide a full refund if your item arrives broken or is lost in transit.   We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider and may ship with Canada Post, CanPar, FedEx, UPS,  US Postal Service, or other shipping vendors.
