Delivery times are between 12 - 25 days for all major destinations. Although the delivery time is much longer, shipping costs are much lower if this option is chosen. Order tracking and shipping insurance are not available with shipping by Air Mail. Please take this into consideration when choosing this option.

Are there any additional fees involved in international shipping?

How do I estimate my delivery date?

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the transit time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a wedding dress, it will need 13-15 business days of processing time and then 3-5 business days of shipping time if you select expedited shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 16-20 business days.

If you choose standard shipment, the transit time will be between 15-28 days , it will be shipped by Airmail service.

If you choose Expedited shipment, the transit time will be between 3-5 working days, t will be shipped by DHL, UPS or EMS express.

Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 business days for Brazil and 10-15 business days for all other destinations in Latin America.

Fordex Group partners with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS to offer three shipping methods:

 Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
 Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days (Free shipping service provided)
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.

For all standard shipment will have a FREE SHPPING  or  sticker. Where you see this sticker, well ship your items free, choosing the shipping method best suited to the package size and your shipping destination.

*Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 20-35 days for Brazil and 20-35 days for all other destinations in Latin America.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?

An item was lost or damaged during shipping

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package (see above), and Fordex Group will then ship you a new item immediately.

To report a lost or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service,our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
Once Customer Service confirms an item is missing, we will begin processing a new one for you.
