Please note the following important points which apply when selecting the Expedited option for shipping:
1. DHL deliveries are made bewteen 9am and 6pm, and can take between 1-3 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends). All deliveries require a signature, so someone must be at the address to sign for it.
2. In an event that you are not in to take delivery, DHL will leave a card. If you have not heard from DHL within 3 days from date of dispatch please use the tracking number provided on your order-despatch-email, and call your local DHL service centre who will be able to provide all the relevant information.
3. DHL have advised us that in most instances the values are so low that it is unlikely for the packages to be stopped in customs. However, on occasions when it does get stopped, please be aware that this will cause a slight delay to your delivery. Additionally, all custom charges will be born solely by the customer, and we can not take responsibility for any of these charges.
4. Please make sure you have provided the full and correct contact information. If the address is wrong or incomplete we cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed or not completed, and unfortunately no refund will be given. Please also ensure that the phone number which you provide with your order is one that you will be contactable on during the DHL delivery hours of 9am to 6pm, as they often have to contact customers, and if you leave a home number while you are at work etc, this will cause further delays with the delivery which again we will not be held responsible for.
