Does Outdoor Shopping Cover Federal Duty Taxes?
We do pre-pay all federal duty taxes. There might be local city and province taxes that you will incur when picking up your package as items are shipping from Pennsylvania, U.S. If you do get charged local duty taxes please email us.

Do You Ship To a P.O. Box?
Yes, we do. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. If you provide a P.O. Box we will ship via USPS.
Do You Ship to APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes we do. We use USPS to ship to APO and FPO addresses. APO and FPO addresses are charged the same shipping rate as the lower 48 states.
Do You Ship International Orders?
We ship worldwide to all countries that amazon allows
us to.
How Long Does Shipping Within Canada Take?
How quickly an item takes to arrive overseas depends on the items you purchased. If your total order weighs less than 2 pounds then shipping can take 10 days to as long as four weeks or even more in extreme cases. If your total order exceeds 2 pounds than shipping will take roughly 1-3 weeks depending on customs.
When Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order out so you can track your order.
Is There Sales Taxes On Any Items?
Sales tax is already included in the item price.
If I Have Placed My Order Can I Cancel it or Change It?
Please contact us right away and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We do not guarantee under any circumstances that changes can be made once an order is placed but we will do our best.
Do you offer personal embroidery on your products?
No personal embroidery is available on our products. If you have any special requests you can still message us and we can try to point you to someone who can. Thanks.
Returns/Exchanges:
Do You Except Returns/Exchanges?
We do except returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We are located in the US so we are unable to send a return label. If we did ship a damaged/wrong item we would reimburse you for the return shipping. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. Please message us for the return address. Do not just ship the items back to the address on the shipping label you received with your order. For additional information please visit our help center.
Which Items Are Non-Returnable?
We do not except returns on items that have been washed or where the tags have been taken off. Boots must be returned in their original box and must have never been worn once. Some items, such as swimsuits and underwear, cannot be returned due to various Province or federal laws.
I Received The Wrong Items What Do I Do Now?
Please contact us at through our contact us page. Just message us right away if this happens and we will be quick to respond to you and provide you a return label to have the items ships back to us. We will have the new items shipped to you right away.
