    DSRC Items Shipping Policies

    General

    All items ship from Edmonton, AB within 2 business days of being ordered. Most items are usually shipped in bubble-wrap envelopes. Larger or awkwardly sized items may be hand-wrapped with bubble-wrap and brown packing paper, or in cardboard boxes. All packages come with a packing receipt unless requested otherwise. As I am considered a small supplier, GST or HST is not applied to any purchases.

    Please read an item condition _carefully_. All items over $50, plus a few between $40-$50, will receive free tracking automatically via Expedited Parcel. Most items are designated as "Buy 2 items, get free tracking", with a few exceptions on low-cost items. Shipping time policies for free tracking upgrades are treated with Lettermail standards, however, so you should only ask for a refund if it takes longer than 10 business days to get a package.
