Q. What is the procedure for returns of defective/DOA items?

Please Note: Within the first 30 days of delivery of your order - In the event that you receive an item that is DOA or defective please contact us VIA Email  using the Contact Seller button available from your order. Please do not contact us VIA telephone for returns. The request must be logged via email. We will normally respond to the email within 24 hours.

Q. How do we handle sales taxes in Canada?

A. All sales taxes are included in the price of the item. The only additional charge will be for shipping.

Q. Will I be advised when an order is shipped

A. An email confirmation is sent at the time of shipment to the address supplied in your Amazon records. That  information is also available online.

    We Do NOT ship to PO Boxes or the territories (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon).
