Why hasn't my order arrived?
Please make sure to give a reasonable amount of time for the package to ship. Check the tracking information on your order for any status updates on the package's location. Expect a delay for any local bad weather or other conditions that can cause a delay in the delivery time.

My tracking says it was delivered, but I never received the package
Please check to make sure the package wasn't sent to a second unit or guest house. Check for a note from the shipping carrier explaining the attempted delivery of the package. Also try giving your local postal office a call to see if they have your package on hold for any reason.

I can't track my package
Make sure there is not an issue with the USPS website at the time you are trying to track the package. Sometimes United Integral Inc. uses a third-party shipping carrier which delays updates on the USPS website, but not the package itself. International orders cannot be tracked, the number attached to your order is a Customs ID number not a tracking number. Please give international orders an extra amount of time to ship and pass through customs.

I got the wrong item or the item was broken
If the item you received is not the item you ordered, or the item you ordered was defective, please contact our customer service department to arrange an exchange for the correct item. Please look at our returns and refunds policy for further details regarding any RMA information.

Can I cancel my order?
If the product you purchased has not been shipped, we can cancel the order at no cost to you.If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. To properly get this refunded you will need to send the package back to United Integral Inc., the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs. Please refer to the returns and refunds policy for further details.

There's an item missing from my order
We sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please contact our customer service department to arrange for a reshipment of missing items.

Can I locally pick up my order?
At this time United Integral Inc. does not allow for local pickups on any of our web orders. We apologize for the inconveniences as we work on accommodating all of our customer requests.

    United Integral Inc. aims to ship your package within 2-3 business days. For standard shipping, the method is determined by the delivery destination, product type, as well as the package weight. The methods used are USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and USPS First Class International. These are all proven shipping methods and ensure your package gets to you quickly and safely. (United Integral Inc. currently only ships to US, US protectorates including Guam and Puerto Rico, AFO/FPO, and Canada)

    • Once the order has been packaged it is automatically tagged with     tracking/customs information    
    • This information is then sent to you to keep track of your package    
    • Orders are picked up by our shipping carriers daily

    This process is a tried and proven way to get your order to you as fast as possible. The majority of this process happens within a couple hours; most of the time the package is ready to be handed to the carrier several hours before it is picked up.
