    theWireless Company Shipping Rates

    theWireless is proud to serve our Canadian customers in! We provide FREE SHIPPING and ship from the United States, bringing you great deals and great prices. All shipments will be free of custom duties and taxes as we have already prepaid all these charges. You will have peace of mind knowing that you are buying from a reputable seller!

    Standard Shipping usually takes 7 - 14 business days. On some rare occasions it may takes up to 2 weeks for final delivery, depending on your area. Packages will be delivered by your local post office - Canada Post.

    UPDATE: Expected delay due to unprocessed and accumulated mails of Canada Post
    We are pleased to inform our customers that Canada Post is back to business. With unprocessed mail in Canada Post system and accumulated mail received from other countries that has not yet entered the system, it will take some time to stabilize the operations and to return to the normal delivery standards. Any mail in the system at the time of the work disruption has been secured for processing and delivery.

    UPDATE: Canada Post to Resume Operations Monday June 27
    June 26, 2011 OTTAWA – Canada Post has initiated the process to resume operations following the passage of Bill C-6, An Act to provide for the resumption and continuation of postal services.
    Canada Post employees will return to work within the next 24-48 hours and will be contacted by their supervisors regarding their return to work schedule. Plant employees will return to work first to begin sorting the mail for delivery, with delivery employees to follow.

    UPDATE: Lockout at Canada Post June 16, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).   All mail processing plants and letter carrier depots are closed and all facilities have been secured. No new mail will be accepted.
    Even though we are shipping from the United States, which USPS continues to accepts mails to Canada, but because of operations halt that these packages will be on hold in USPS facilities.

    UPDATE: Canada Post Strikes
    - The Canadian Union of Postal Workers began labour dispute activities as of June 2, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The union has stated their intention to follow a rolling 24-hour walk-out that could impact various cities throughout the country. Updates about the labour dispute can be found on the Canada Post website.
    theWireless is using Canada Post as primary delivery carrier. We're monitoring the progress of the labour dispute very closely. You may notice a delivery delay as a result of the labour dispute, however we expect that any impact will be minimal. We continue to accept orders as usual.

    30 Days Return Policy for most products
    theWirelessCompany values relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from, and fulfilled by theWirelessCompany. Under this policy, you may return to theWirelessCompany, within the applicable return policy period, products that you purchased directly from theWirelessCompany for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

    For orders purchase from theWirelessCompany, but the order is fulfill by (FBA orders), please contact directly.

    Return/Exchange Policy:
    - All return for refund must be returned post mark within 30 days from date of purchase.
    - You may return items that are unopened, in new condition, original condition with original product packaging for a refund, less the shipping fee have paid to the order.
    - Customer may now return without requesting RMA number. Please provide order number, description of item(s) to return, reason to return and other information you may wish to disclose about the return.
    - You may return item(s) in its original condition, in new packaging only. Restocking fee (15%-25% depending on the return condition) may apply for any opened item. We reserve the right to refuse return if the return condition does not meet the requirement.
    - Items that are open and over 14 days from date of delivery, maybe eligible for return to warranty exchange only.
    - All return request must be requested within 30 days of delivery of a shipment.
    - Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are not refundable except if the return / exchange is a result of our error.

    - Any items that are opened and over 14 days from date of delivery. We will accept these return for warranty exchange, but not for refund.
    - Hygenic specific item(s), such as earphone, headset, Bluetooth Headset that are open from its packaging. We are unable to restock the item(s) as the manufacturers will not restock them due to hygenic issues. We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.
