Return Policy

  • Return Period: 14 days from receiving date.
  • Returns are for product refund or replacement, refund on original purchase price only, shipping fee is NOT refundable.
  • 25% restocking fee would be charged for non-defective return.
  • A restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from refunds for items returned within 15 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment. Note that shipping costs may not be refunded.For units that have been damaged after delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund.
  • Return MUST include all and complete original package / shipping slip.
  • RMA # is REQUIRED, please contact our customer service for RMA # (RMA number must be written on the shipping box, but MUST NOT be written on the manufacturers packaging) Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
