    Eforcity Shipping Policies

    Shipping Policies:

    Depending on your location and size of the order, shipments are made via UPS, DHL International, United States Postal Service, or Canada Post.  Please note that UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

    Orders are shipped out within 3 business (working) days, Monday thru Friday.  These exclude any holidays and weekends.  Orders are generally delivered within 3 weeks of the SHIPMENT date.  Please note that during the holiday seasons, delivery may be delayed due to high volume. 

    In order for the order to arrive on time for the holiday seasons, please place your order early.  We do NOT guarantee your order will be delivered in time for the holidays if placed too late.  We do NOT offer expedite shipping options.

    Standard Canada: 7 to 18 business days after shipping - ESTIMATED TIME.


    Wrong Address Problems:

    If there is a problem with the address causing the package to be undeliverable, the package will be sent again ONLY after if the problem is resolved and confirmed with the customer.
