When will my order arrive?
For Seller-fulfilled orders, orders are fulfilled on regular weekdays within 24 hours or less and shipped via the United States Postal Service unless other arrangements have been made. We find that most shipments arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on location, so long as there are no unexpected delays at Customs.  For any questions regarding shipping, please contact Evocel Customer Support. For orders that are shipped directly from Amazon warehouses, please contact Amazon Customer Service for details.
 
Can orders be shipped via UPS, FedEx or other non-US Postal Service methods?
At this time, all orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.  In the case of bulk orders, we may be able to make arrangements for other methods of delivery but generally, USPS is our preferred method of shipping.
 
I would like to cancel my order.  Can I do this?
You may cancel the order prior to shipping confirmation but since orders are processed and shipped rapidly, last-minute cancellations may be difficult. For any questions, please contact
