- "DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM. Poor customer service - any attempts I made to contact were responded with "pre-made" emails containing poor excuses for not receiving item. Used Amazon's A-Z Guarantee to receive my credit which I used towards the same item from another seller. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. "

- Seller Response: This is rare. We did send it. It may be lost in the mail... However, we responded email & issued full refund very promptly, and we said sorry & apologized... Canada Post sometimes does cause such unfortunate circumstances (e.g., drop the book in a neighbour's mailbox, especially during holiday times)... Thanks for your understanding. Date: April 22, 2013
