- "The seller "The Book Man" was contacted for a cancellation of the order, but they said it was shipped already. I obtained a return authorization and was told to write "return to sender" on the package and put it in the mail. The whole deal went on for over 6 weeks, finally got my refund for less than half what I paid. They charged me a restocking fee AND shipping. I will never order from this seller again."

- "I received a book with the right title, but the wrong author and ISBN. Book Man apologized, found the right book and sent it to me at no cost. It took a long time to wend its way through the US and Canadian postal services, but finally arrived today. It's an amazing book, by the way!"
