- "They mailed a heavy new hardcover in a flimsy envelope so it arrived beat up. I even emailed them, right after placing the order, to ask to use sturdy packaging. In a word: terrible service (I feel like I've been scammed). I wonder why Amazon allows those kinds of sellers on their platform. They pretend to be in bookselling business but have no idea how to even properly package a book."
