- "I sent the following to Marketplace.ca to help me get this resolved: Good morning Amber I hope you can help me get this cleared up. I ordered and paid for the DVD "The Apocalypse" a month or so ago. I received an email asking how I liked "The Apocalypse" as a review. I answered "I have not yet received it". They replied they would resend it as it must be lost in the mail. A week or so later I received "The End Times Prophecy" in the mail at no cost so I emailed them that it was not that DVD I did not receive but "The Apocalypse". From what I understand they have now cancelled my request for "The Apocalypse". I paid $60+ dollars but most of all it is the completion of my library so if you could help me or send me to anyone who can make sense of this I would be in your debt. Thank you in advance, Brian I am cc-ing you the only way I know how. Thank you"

- "I was thoroughly impressed by this seller. The item got destroyed on transit and was sent back to them and they were extremely prompt with informing me of what happened, finding another copy of the book (which is currently out of print) and still getting the item to me before the deadline.
