- "Book is fine but I'm giving you such a low rating because of packaging. It's at least double the size it needs to be. Didn't fit in my mail opening (and I wasn't home) so mailman had to leave notice instead, asking me to go pick it up at post office. I don't see this often. Doubt I'll be ordering much from you, especially not in winter !"
