Drago!, July 17 2004
This Rocky sequel isnt quite up to the standards of the previous films, but watching Dolph Lundgren as the russian boxer Drago is impressive.Dolph`s physique in this 1985 film is marvelous,6'6" 260 lbs and rock solid. It would take a bulldozer to knock this guy over! As a Bob Denver look-alike myself,I greatly admire Lundgren`s wide-jawed example of genetic perfection in this film.

dumb and in bad taste, July 12 2004
This woman is boringly prejudicial toward men.Its truely nauseating to see a woman whose prejudice toward men interjects itself into everything she writes. My advice to Karen is to get a life.

a must read for all men!, July 11 2004
I recommend this book to all men concerned for the future of men. This book examines the many faults of women that are too often kept out of the public consciousness in a society that wants to lay blame only on men.

a predictable book, July 8 2004
(...)There are many factors at work here.Women may see their doctors more often, but they also receive much more encouragement and inspiration to do so than men.Health awareness campaigns abound for women, but not so much for men. Moreover, womens diseases receive much more funding and media coverage.Did you know that prostate cancer receives only 1/3 the research funding that breast cancer does? The truth is that runaway womens lib has produced a climate and pervasive attitude that mens health is less important than womens.Men are considered "dispensable." When men perceive that no one else values their health then is it any wonder that many men dont value their own? These attitudes that mens health doesnt count have corrupted not only the media and federal government but also the american public.

an important book, July 3 2004
Books like these are invaluable to all men, especially considering that prostate cancer research receives only 1/3 the funding that breast cancer receives. So men are pretty much on their own.Fortunately, there are resources for men, though not as plentiful as for women. The current view that mens health is less important than womens and that men are dispensable, makes it vital that all men take an interest in their own health and in the health of men in general. You and I can make a difference!I encourage all men to participate in prostate cancer fundraising events whenever possible.Prostate cancer events are few and far between, and seldom ever publicized or promoted like breast cancer, nevertheless, seek them out and get involved.I have, and I feel good about it.

a must read for every american man!, Jun 12 2004
Men are not inferior and have every capability to live as long as women, genetics not withstanding. However, too many men do not value their own health, especially in the working-class segment of society where poor diet and recreational drinking are commonplace. Many men also sacrifice their own health for the well-being of their families. To give my fellow gentlemen a little incentive,I`d like to point out that alot of man-haters are delighted at the statistics on the negative state of men`s health. They want to see the male population substantially reduced. They want to see men die early.Do you want to give them that satisfaction? Remember,no matter what women think, men can and do live long lives in many cases.I can cite many examples of north american men that have lived into their 90s and 100s.You can too.Just do your research, see your doctor without delay when you need help, watch your diet, exercise and learn to value your own body! Its the only one you`ve got! Get this book!

scary book, Jun 2 2004
This book outlines how man-haters have found still more areas in society into which they can interject their irrational idealogies and bigotry.Men must do more, alot more,to counteract the dangerous societal effects of feminism or face certain peril.

carbolic acid, May 25 2004
This is the original in the Death Wish series, and its still the best.Paul Kersey(Bronson)is devastated after his wife and daughter are raped and killed,he goes on a killing rampage of revenge. As he dispatches each thug with his own brand of justice,we cheer their deaths from Kersey`s trusty 32 caliber revolver. This film is a favorite of vigilante justice supporters.
