The main movie on this disc is "Year Without A Santa Clause", which is a classic featuring Heat Miser and Snow Miser(if you never seen them or know of any kids that havent...you MUST see their songs!!!). Ruldolphs Shinny New Year is ok (not great but good for once a year viewing)...but it's NESTOR THE LONG EARED CHRISTMAS DONKEY that is worth the price. this is a heartwarming tale about a misfit donkey who helps out Mary and Joseph get to Bethlehem. Once you see it you will fall in love with Nestor, and this will be a family holiday classic for years. Plus, for the price of the DVD you are getting 3 movies, which isnt a bad deal at all.

True Romance is one of the most underrated films ever made. Many people never seen it. But once they have they are hooked. The cast is LOADED with big name stars, some of you probly didnt know were in the movie, all giving great performances (Christopher Walken, Dennis Hopper, Brad Pitt is just hilarious, James Gandolfini (his scene is very brutal, you must see it!), Chris Penn, Tom Seizmore (great in everything he is in), Michael Rapaport(more on him later)and even "Balki" from Perfect Strangers(Bronson Pinchot) is excellent!!). Of course Christian Slater and Patricia Arquet are great in the lead, but the scene stealer is Gary Oldman as "Drexel", his scenes are just great. This movie has an excellent story that everyone should view at least once.

Now to the excellent DVD. Thank god they made a special edition. This movie deserves it. It is LOADED with extras. There are extended scenes which ALL work good (especially the scene with "Drexel" and Sam Jackson and an added scene of Clarence and Alabama's first nite together, where we see much more of Patricia Arquet...YES!!...), a making of, which is VERY insightful, and my favorite extra, selected cast commentary on the scenes they were in. You MUST watch the Michael Rapaport commentary, it is just hillarious. He is very genuine in everything he says, he is definitly one of the nicest guys in Hollywood. You have to hear what he has to say about his co-workers and the film. Then there is the alternate ending, which in a way i wish was the original ending, it is VERY different from what they used. This is what a DVD should be. They put alot of effort into this DVD, which is great to see considering this is not one of the more popular films ever made (IT SHOULD BE!!...). GO BUY IT TODAY!!...

If you are a fan of Schoolhouse Rock, this is definitaly for you. Unlike the "Best Of" cd, this contains EVERY SINGLE SONG ever made for Schoolhouse Rock. Although this is more money than the "Best Of" disc, it is well worth it. Yeah, there are songs that are not worth listening to, but the good ones are so good that it makes up for it. You will be singing them in your head all day! So if your a fan, this is definitaly worth the $.

If you are reading this review, you know what the movie is about. So I am not gonna review the movie, but the DVD. This is a MUST for all Spidey fans, both comic book and movie versions. The extra's on disc 2 cover the history of Spidey in comics, there is a nice documentary with Stan Lee and other writters and illistrators. They have a history of Spidey villians, Peter Parker girlfriends, and my favorite, they highlight certain issues of the comic book from 1960 through today. I never read the comic, but i enjoyed the movie very much, and I learned alot from this DVD. I sort of wished I did read the comic. The makers did an EXCELLENT job on the DVD. So even if you are the few who are a fan of the comic but didnt like the movie, you should buy this DVD.

You all know what Jump The Shark is all about...when good tv shows go bad. The first part of this book is all about that. But then they go into music, celebrities, sports and politics, which is just plain stupid. The reasons they give certain things for "Jumping" is retarded...like Van Halen jumping after Dave left...its just a personal reason, Van Halen is just as good and popular with Sammy. Its like the author picked his favorite bands and just wrote when he didnt like them anymore. I could have written a book like this and gave my opinions on things, and nobody would buy it. They "jumped the shark" with this book(HA!).... They should have stayed with television shows, like the website, and this would have been great.

I love schoolhouse Rock, I love the songs and I love the videos. So I only giving this 3 stars because some of the better songs are not included here. "A Noun Is A Person Place Or Thing", "Elementary My Dear", "Lolly Lolly Lolly (Get Your Adverbs Here)" and others are all missing. Here is some advise... if you are a fan, spend a few extra dollars and buy the box set. It has EVERY song ever made for Schoolhouse Rock. You wont be dissapointed.

I usually dont watch romantic comedies. But this movie is really good. I must say I have watched this movie dozens of times, and each time I liked it more. This is NOT just a chick flick. My only problem is the DVD, it was released as a special edition, but there is not much extras, and the directors commentary by Rob Reiner is very boring, he really has nothing to say. But I still recomend this movie!!!

Goodfellas may be the greatest film ever made, and many people agree with me. SO WHERE IS THE SPECIAL EDITION DVD??? Some HORRIBLE movies get 2 disc special editions, like VAN WILDER!!! WHATS UP WITH THAT?? This movie deserves better. And what makes it worse, this is a flip disc!! That means half way through the movie, just as you are all comfy on your couch/chair/bed you have to get up and flip it over!! At first I didnt realize it,and thought my movie was broke. I'm sure many people thought the same. So I plead...MAKE A GOODFELLAS SPECIAL EDITION....PLEASE, AND I WILL GIVE IT 5 STARS LIKE IT DESREVES!!!!!!!!!

I remember watching Mr.Show on HBO, and I really thought it was funny. They had 4 seasons, and I gues all I saw was seasons 3 & 4, cause I didnt really enjoy the first 2 seasons, which is on this disc. I was very dissapointed, cause I was really looking forward to this DVD. I guess it was good to watch once, but I would never pop this in my DVD player to watch again. But for fans, the DVD was made very well, with commentary on every episode and a best of special which is very good. So if you are a fan but it, if your not and just interested in seeing it, just rent it.

As some of my other reviews state, there are many shows that I loved a s a kid and when I watch them now I wonder what I saw in them. This is not one of those shows. This is still as entertaining as it was when I watched it as a kid. Sure, there are some songs not worth watching, but the good ones make up for it. And the DVD is GREAT!!! It is LOADES with special features, the best being the random play mode, which plays EVERY SONG IN RANDOM ORDER!!! Plus some commentary on select songs, a trivia contest, and a bunch more stuff. There is so much stuff it took me like 5 days to finally watych everything. THIS IS WHAT A DVD SHOULD BE!!! I cant wait to have kids of my own and show them this DVD, so I can enjoy it with them!!! DEFINITALY WORTH THE MONEY!!!
