5 stars for the movie and 4 stars for the dvd, Jan 10 2003
I have to warn you about something If you have either, (1) don't have Mrs. Doubtfire on dvd, (2) If you do own Mrs. Doubtfire on dvd but have not watched the movie yet, on the box and at Amanzon, you see listed over 30 minutes of deleted secnes either on the box or at Amanzon.com, will I have viewed the deleted scens and they ended at 29 minutes. If you have watched Mrs. Doutbfire and wished to have seen more of Polly Hoilday, then I reccomend you to watch the deleted scenes because there are about 4 or 5 scenes (deleted from the movie) with Polly in them. Mrs. Doubtfire is the story of an actor named Daniel Hillard (Robin Williams) who has quit in the middle of voicing characters for a cartoon starting a bird and a cat. He gets home in time to meet his 3 kids, Lydia (Lisa Jakub), Chris (Matthew Lawrence and Natalie (Mara Wilson). He throws Chris a party, but when a complaint comes to his wife Miranda Hillard (Sally Field) from a neighbor (Polly Holliday), Miranda comes home early to find her house a zoo. And catches her husband acting like a kid so she ends the birthday party and starts to clean up and gets in a fight with Daniel and decides to get a dirvoce. Daniel loses custody of the three kids and ends up ordered that he cna only see them every Saturday. Besides the deleted scenes on the dvd, you also have Commentary by Chris Columbus, On Screen interviews with Robin Willaims, Pierce Brosnan, Harvey Fierstein and Chris Columbus. Animation penical tests and more. My Thoughts on the film. This is a great movie to watch if you are either going to become a father (for the first time), going to get married and learn how to be both a good father and husband and not having your marriage ending in a dirovce. The actors and actress give a good performance. But also please remember this movie is rated PG-13 for lanuage and I'm not sure if has that rating for anything else. But if you love to watch movies on dvd with delted scenes or outakes, I also reccomend you to to watch this for that reason. So please to yourself a favor a buy this movie (if you don't own it). But if you have not seen the movie please rent it first to see if you will like this movie. And if you are a fan of "letterbox" format, there is a widescreen edition of this film. This is a film I would reccomend to fans of Robin Williams, who really hates the idea of only seeing his kids every Saturday. Plus he has to get a job and a home to try to get the judge to have joint custody of his kids.

But please remember the pro and con of Snow Day, Jan 10 2003
If you are wondering what the pro and con of a Snow Day are. Then here they are. The pro is you get a day off from school. The con is that you will have to go back 2 to school at the end of the year to make up for the Snow Day(s). But suppose if you worked a job (other than being a teacher or other staff member at a school), I'm not sure on how it would be worked if they had to close for a snow day to. In Snow Day there are kids, teenagers and adults who are rivals for what they want. The kids want to enjoy the snow day, but their rival is the evial snowplowman (Chris Elliot). There's a high school student named Hal (Mark Webber) who has now a new girlfreind that seems to don't know that he lives. And he has to go up against her ex-boyfriend (David Paetkau) to win her. While his dad Tom Brandson (Chevy Chase) who wants to wear pants while he does the wheather but his boss (Pam Grier) that tells him to get the rating of his rival and she will let him wear pants on the air. My thoughts on Snow Day are, that if you like movies with people going up against rivals and enjoyed Snow Day, I reccomend you to watch Max Keeble's Big Move. Watching Chevy Chase playing a whatherman who wears costumes on air reminds me of Max Keeble's dad. Because Max's dad had to wear costumes to work at times. My Suggestions: Parents if your kids want to watch a film, I reccomend you to know what the rating is. And toi watch the film ahead of time and decide to let your kids watch a film that doesn't have a G rating (like this). Snow Day is a good movie to watch if you like movies in which characters go up against thier "rivals" to get what they want like this and Max Keeble's Big Move. Or if you have a kid that like Nicolden's films I also reccomend you to let your kids watch this. Or this is a good movie to watch, if you are a fan of a actor or actress that is in this film. So if it is any of the above reasons, I strongly reccomed you to watch this movie. Even if it is not a snow day.

Tilt N' Tumble or Tilt and Tumble?, Jan 9 2003
I have never heard of this game until today, after I finished fianl exam and went to the kitchen and found some of my classmates playing this with my teacher. My teacher explained to me on who you play this game. If you have never heard of this game, or have but not played it yet. First you roll a dice that has some autions of it like double (I forgot what the word that comes next) and tilt this thing that you put cubs or some sort of thing with a colors. To win this game the prmid (I guess) has to tumble. This is a geat game to play when your bord or on rainy days or nights. So, grap a bunch of your family or friends or classmates and play this game.

A must own cd for every Elvis fan!, Jan 9 2003
How can you get any better than this. You have 38 of Elvis Presley's top ten hits. But I would like know why RCA doesn't have many cds with some Elvis songs you may have never heard of before, like ever songs on it like Blue Shedue Shoes and Such a Night instead of every almost cde having Elvis Presley's hits like Heartbreak Hotel, Don't Be Curel, Hound Dog, Suspicious Minds, Love Me Tender, One Night. My opinion of Elvis Presley's recorded vision of One Night, is bad. Instead of singing the lyrcs, he is like screaming them, but if you want to hear a much better vision of him sing One Night (I'd reccomend you to watch the Comeback Special). Disc One 1. Heartbreak Hotel 2. I Want You, I Need You, I Love 3. Hound Dog 4. Don't Be Cruel 5. Love Me Tender 6. Love Me 7. Too Much 8. All Shook Up 9. Teddy Bear 10. Jailhouse Rock 11. Don't 12. I Beg You 13. Wear My Ring Around Your Neck 14. Hard Headed Woman 15. One Night 16. I Got Stung 17. A Fool Such as I 18. I Need Your Love Tonight 19. A Big O' Love Disc two 1. Stuck on You 2. It's now or never 3. Are you lonesome tonight? 4. Surrender 5. I feel so bad 6. Little sister 7. His latest flame 8. Can't help falling in love 9. Good luck charm 10. She's not you 11. Return to sender 12. Devil in diquise 13. Bossa nova baby 14. Crying in the chapel 15. In the ghetto 16. Suspious minds 17. Don't cry daddy 18. The wondor of you 19. Burning Love

30 of Elvis Presley's biggest hits, Jan 8 2003
This has to been the longest cd with songs recorded by Elvis Presley. This cd runs 79 minutes and 34 secends. This cd has both Elvis Presley's famous songs and some they you may have either never heard of before, or never heard Elvis Presley sings. The famous ones include Heartbreak Hotel, Don't Be Cruel, Hound Dog, Love Me Tender, too much, all shook up. And the songs that rarely ever appear on Elvis cds (released by RCA) include Crying in the Chapel, Wooden Heart, (now and then there's) a fool such as I, and (marie's the name) his lastest flame. My thoughts on 30 #1 hits. First I have to say that they are 2 songs that took 5 ot more years to be released. First Crying the Chapel, Elvis Presley recoreded this song on 10/31/60 and was finnaly released on 4/24/65. The 2nd is the bonus track was releashed last 6/25/02. Almost 25 years after Elvis Presley's death. Now if it was releashed between 8/16/02/ and 1/1/03, it would have been 25 years. It is hard to believe that if Elvis was still alive, he would have been 68 years old this year.

A great christmas special, Jan 5 2003
This is one of the few dvds I own of Sesame Street and the other one that I own of Sesame Street is Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird. Sesame Street has been on the air since the late 60's (and I think this is now the only longest show ever). Christmas Eve on Sesame Street starts in a christmas skating party in a skating rink near Sesame Street. And things are going good, Ernie nad friends play hockey with Bert's shoe as the hockey puck plus the friends are alos busy having a great time on the ice. Until Oscar is thrown all the way out the door down the stairs and out of out of the bulding. Big Bird and a kid goe to Oscar and he pops a question to Big Bird. His question is how does Santa Clause get down the skinny chimneys and also tels Big Bird that if Santa can't that there will be no Christmas presents under the tree. Plus if you don't think that is enough to have some fun every Christmas, this special has songs to listen to (even sing-along if you want). The songs are Feliz Navidad, A True Blue Miracle, Keep Christmas With You (All Though The Year), I Hate Christmas, and Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. The best song in here (in my opinion) is Keep Christmas With You (All Though The Year). The only recored song in this special is Feliz Navidad and the rest are sung by the residents of Sesame Strett from Bert and Erine to Oscar. The song Bert and Erine sing is Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas.

A soundtrack that is doing better than the movie?, Dec 31 2002
I got this soundtrack as a Christmas present and this is one of the cds I wanted because of Such A Night by Elvis Presley was on the cd, and if the soundtrack didn't have the song on it, then I would not have wanted this cd. At looking at the 8 presious reviews, everbody that listened to this cd, liked it. But a whole lot of people didn't like the movie. The cd has two soundtracks, first is Vapor Trail and the 2nd is Franklin's Requiem. The soundtrack has various singers like (Hed) Planted Earth, Filter, Elvis Presley, Bender, Uncle Kracker, and Kenny Wayne Shepherd. Here is the tracks 1 Killing Time 2 It's Gonna Kill Me 3 Bleeder 4 Mansion on the Hill 5 Smartbomb 6 In 2 Deep 7 Who's Your Uncle 8 Come in Hard 9 New Disease 10 Angel Dust 11 Vapor Trail 12 Loaded Gun 13 Franklin's Requiem 14 Such a Night I'm sure you pretty much know what the movie is about. If you don't know who the two guys are that are on the cover, they are Kurt Russell and Kevin Costner. But if you are a big Elvis Presley fan and want a soundtrack that has more Elvis Presley songs on it, I will reccomend to you Lilo & Stitch. This soundtrack is the soundtrack of one of the viloent movies that came out last year. This is one of the soundtracks to buy and please watch the movie if you have not seen it yet. It is kind of hard to believe that this soundtrack is doing better than the movie. And getting better reviews too.

If you thought Little Big League was longer, Dec 30 2002
If Roy Hobbs (Robert Redford) only wanted wanted to play baseball, they why did it take him 16 years before he played in his rookie season with the New York Knights. At first he had a tryout with the Cubs but I guess seem to quit after he got shot. And then 16 long years later he found a team. The manger tells him that he should be thinking of retiring from baseball then starting playing baseball. This movie almost runs 2 and 20 minutes. But if you love baseball, I reccomend you to watch this movie. If you like this movie check out these titles. Bull Durham, Field of Dreams, Little Big League, The Rookie, Angles in the Outfield (1994), Rookie of the Year

A great baseball movie, Dec 29 2002
If you have a question about baseball, then Billy Heywood (Luke Ewards) is the person to ask. I bet there is not one thing Billy does not now about baseball. Plus looking at the presious reviews they are not helpful, so I'm hope you will find this review helpful. And I can't think of many baseball movies with famopus people themself. People playing themself includes Ken Griffey Jr, Sandy Alomar, Randy Johnson, Tim Raines and Chris Berman. There is about 15 people playingthemselves and they are all men. When the movie opens, Billy Heywood is playing a baseball game and his mom and grandfather (Ashley Crow & Jason Roberts J.R) are in the stands watching. Billy's grandfather owns the Twins. But then his grandfather dies and then Billy learns from a tape, that his grandfather has gave him the Twins. And says "I'd rather have my grandfather." But when Billy has problems with the team's manger (Dennis Farina), Billy fires him and when can't find a replacemnet, his friends talk him into maning the Twins, but of course his mom doesn't like it.

Al Pacino & Robin Williams in the same film, Dec 28 2002
This is a rare Robin Williams film that he doesn't make an appearance in the movie until very late. And is not a comedy. This I would say as a drama. If you are a fan of Robin Williams in a comedy movies (you may be disappointed to see that he is co-starring in a drama movie). Robin Williams plays an author. And Al Painco plays a cop that is handling a case of a 17 years old girl that was one of Walter Finch's (Robin Williams) fans. As the movie opens, Will Dormer (Al Pacino) arrives in Nightmute Alaska to cover a case of a murdered teenager (Crystal Lowe) and the local police has no idea who murdered the teeanger. But at a cabin in the fog, Will shoots and kills his partner ( Martin Donovan). And only one person knows who really killed Will's partner and that is Walter.
