Directed by Steve Beck (13 Ghosts-Remake) made a entertaining, eerie, sometimes scary Ghost Horror film. Beck manages to pull off, Good Performances from the Cast, including:Emily Browning as Katie. This has some terrific Visual Effects and a good music score by John Frizzell. Although the film is flawed, because, director:Beck never knows, what his film to be & it's never recaptures the early pizzazz of the Prologue and at times, it seems Beck doesn't know how Good or Evil or Dreamy or Nightmarish, he wants his own version of Tales of the Crypt Vessel to be but Beck does a better job with his Second film. It's worth seeing. DVD has an sharp anamorphic Widescreen (1.85:1) transfer and an great-Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound.
