Great product, great service, Feb. 25 2012
We bought our iRobot in November 2011 and been using it since then. We love it!!! All you need to worry about is to get cords out of rumba's way and it's good to go. I just started using the lighthouses and discovered that one of them is not working. I contacted iRobot customer service and a replacement lighthouse is on its way. Great service!!! Overall love the product and the support.
