If you're a fan of big bang theory this is a must. Sheldon is again the main focus of this series, but the other caracthers bring a lot to the table. This series is very good and It's one of my favorite.
This book alternate between the life of a young jewish girl and a present day magazine writer. The chapters about sarah are very interesting but the one's about the present lack some imagination the event are quite easy to predict. I envoy reading this book about a very dark time in France history so I would still recommend it. The rather short chapters make it an easy read and you're always eager to learn what happen next to Sarah.
This book cover all the aspect of the Celtic society from the beginning, the expansion, the Roman period up to the later days with the remaining celtic societies ( ireland, breton, etc) However this book is not so easy to read, there's a lot of place names and period name that you need to process and to learn if you're a beginner with celtic history. The writting is very academic witch make the reading a bit tougher. But I would still recommend this book to anybody who wants to learn more about this quite incredible society which expand from the tip of Scotland to the far east.
Even thought this book was written a couple of years back , this is still a very interesting book about the roman life style. If you're a fan of roman history I strongly recommend this book. The book cover severals aspect of every day life in ancient rome and the flow of the reading is very nice.
