I start Yoga in Jan 2004. I had a lot of knee problems. Since I did Crunch the prefect yoga workout.My knee is getting better every day I do it. It is very good. I got this DVD, because my boyfriend has a lot of stress. It really calm him down and grave him balance. I have done this as well. I have found it to be fun and very enjoyable. Like I tell my friends with their problems that yoga can help. Yoga really can help you with all of your problems you have medical.

This is my First yoga DVD I have been doing Yoga Since Jan 2004. This is great. I had a lot of Knee troubles. I could barely walk across the room. Since I started yoga with this DVD. I am able to walk anywhere and go very far. I do this yoga everyday.I also do Crunch Candle light yoga it also has Sara Ivanhoe. Sara Is amazing.

This DVD is a great yoga DVD. I do it everyday of the week. They use props for beginners and modified verison. They have you do yoga to hipper music instead of new age music. Like Micheal Jordan says Just Do It.

This Movie is good and People I understand your feelings, but wait for the last movie where the 2nd movie will be understood. I love this movie I know the ending ended all of sudden, but the 3rd movie will explain everything. Besides It has great action sense. My favortite part is where Carrie Anne- Moss with the bike and key maker was amazing. Wait for the 3rd movie.

I love this movie I remeber it well. This was one first of Shirley Temple movie I saw when I was a little. This a good story. It is about a little girl name Molly who has 2 Saturdays a year to be with mom and dad. Problem Dad is always working. Mom is lonely. They decided not to be marry anymore, but Molly is tring to save the marriage.

I love this CD. I found the cool guy skits was great. I love Hot Water Burn Baby was very funny. The Peeper was great and funny. The champion was great and funny and my favorite song Chhanukah song part. I Love You Adam Sandler.

I love this book. It explain how to make pasta from scatch and how to make many differt flavor of pasta. I got a pasta machine for Christmas and these recipes work great for my pasta machine
