A disappointment..., Jun 9 2004
there is a point where all bands fall into sucksville and I guess that this is the point for COB. This album just wasn't very good. The opener was a kick ass song, that got me really hyped up to hear the rest...but then sixpounder started and it sounded so primitive and stupid. I hated it. In fact, other than needled 24/7, you're better off dead, and Hate Crew Deathroll, none of the tracks on this cd grabbed me at all. Hardcore fans only should get this in order to complete thier collections, but I was just very let down by this one....although despite the stupid song names I would like to point out that the lyrics to these songs are a lot better than earlier lyrics.

Punk rock from Slipknot dude, May 26 2004
I HATE Slipknot. I say this as both a fan of metal and of punk rock. Slipknot truly do suck. Btu this cd is way different. I think that all the side projects from Slipknot members are much better than the trash that they make together. Btu this is totally strange to come from this guy. I mean the guitar on 'love at first fright' could easily be mistaken for Blink 182 guitar. Strange but very enjoyable. Jordison should stick with this band, instead of being with those stupid assclowns Slipknot. So yeah, you will probably like this if you like punk with metal-esque vocal sneerings. Cuz that's what is IMO

great!, May 9 2004
Initially, I didn't like this very much..I think I was in a bad mood. But a few weeks after I bought it I listened to it again and thougt that it was almost as good as hatebreeder. I love it. Children of bodom are nmow one of my favorite bands. It sucks that they are palying in my town tongiht biut I can't see them since my parents hate them and they're playing in a ghetto neighborhood. :(

one of the first cds I ever bought..uh...ever, May 2 2004
And I still like it. I just found it under my bed while cleaning out my room a couple of days ago and I put it in for a listen. they are really a very good band. In truth I think that the only reason I haven't kept up with them is because they ind of abandoned thier punkrockish thing that they once had in this album, but listening to thier new stuff has proven to me that they are still pretty good. In the style of that Kevin dude's review I 'll rate the individual songs. Flo: 3/5 Beer goggles: 3/5 walkin on the sun:4/5 let's rock:4/5 Heave ho:5/5 the fonz:4/5 pet names:5/5 Padrino:5/5 nervous in the alley:5/5 disconnect the dots:3/5 push:4/5 Why can't we be friends:5/5-Good cover

One of those bands that.., May 2 2004
is underground until they get one song on a movie soundtrack(mallrats) or in a television show and then gets a tiny(and I mean tiny) run of popularity before being forgotten once again. But these guys still act like people are listening..and they're still good too! this is a really fun punk band andI reccomend this cd to anyone.

It's kind of sad..., May 2 2004
..that Warren Zevon was like one of the most famous rock musicians of the late 70's, but barely anyone paid attention to this cd. Whenever I ask people what they thought of this cd, they're like 'he's dead...oh...ok'. It's also pretty sad because this really is a pretty good album. I think that I like his last few albums more than his earlier ones actually because it seems...I don't know..a bit more open I guess. In my opinion he went out pretty good with this one and 2000's "Life'll kill ya' being favorites of mine..anyway. R.I.P. Warren Zevon

Cradle of filth meets iron maiden by way of blue Oyster cult, May 2 2004
Apparently a pretty good combination showing that this cd kicks ass. there is not a lot for me to say about this one, but if you like COF, iron maiden, BOC, cannibal corpse,...etc.. then you'll probably like this combination of I guess what you could call '80's metal' and death metal.......I'm blabbing too much as I often tend to do..just buy it.

A cool glimpse into the rogers 22 years.., May 2 2004
...*rubs chin thoughtfully* this is a really good video. It's before Tom found fame for his comedic insanity, but his humor is basically the same. some pretty funny ones on here, including the housepainting one, the CHUD, and several others. a smart purchase for the avid Tom Green fan.

thanks, Ben from Florida.., May 2 2004
..for letting me know what 4 bands are 'REAL' metal. Thank you for telling me about yourself squealing like a pig while hitting trashcans to express yourself. I thought this was a great album, but now I see I'm wrong. Go have relations with a dog, Ben from Florida.
