i love the book just like the others Lisa have written. i like the twist in the story, how she have brought about a picture of a woman's strength and vulnerability.
Just like the others, I wouldn't really recommend this book. (1)I didn't like how the author have created Bruce. And how Bruce have reacted towards the news of having Cannie pregnant. It's kind of unusual for a man who was build up in the story to be a nice person, a loving one at least during the time Cannie and him are together and how he loves kids and those stuffs, when he didn't even have the nerve to call when he read the note that Cannie sent him. I also don't feel good on how he talks about his escapades in bed with Cannie. (2) I think the title don't fit the story. It could have been "Loving a larger woman" as it tackled more of that. Having Good in Bed for a title seemed to me to be deceiving and was just opted for to, you know, increase sales. (3)okay, so her ex-boyfriend don't love her even an inch. And she now have this man, Peter, who seem to love her inspite of what she is and what she have gone through. Nice... but I would prefer if the author have explored a little more in the their relationship.
