Great movie. I loved it. It's about a woman named Caroline Ellis (Kate Hudson) who works at a hospital as a nurse but quits and gets a job in the swamps in New Orleans as a hospice worker. Caroline takes the job and goes to the house. (Note: The reason Caroline likes taking care of people is because her dad and her had a strained relationship after her mom left them and she was a rock n roll manager when her dad died. Caroline didn't take care of him and now feels guilty about it but likes taking care of old people). Caroline meets Violet Deveraux, the wife of the man she's taking care of, Ben Deveraux. Violet is mean to Caroline. Ben can't walk or talk. Violet gives Caroline a skeleton key, which will open every door in her humongous house. Caroline, with the help of the skeleton key, starts to unravel the mystery of why Violet is so mean to Caroline, why Ben can't walk or talk and the whole movie involves voodoo/hoodoo.

Mark Burroughs and Cara Burroughs get home and find that their parents are missing. They find no trace of their parents. No note, no phone calls, no nothing. It wasn't the first time their parents weren't home. They throw a party. It gets wild and a cop comes but it's not because of the party. The cop tells them a crime has happened but he leaves. Everyone in the party leaves. Mark and Cara find a monkey head in their parent's bedroom. Their mom's cousin is seems like he is spying on them and their parents still don't come home. They get worried. Their cousin is always running off in vans and meeting strange people. Mark's girlfriend Gena breaks up with him and disapears too. Where are the parents? Will Mark and Cara find them? Where is Gena? Find out.

Its a good book. Cory Brooks is Shadyside's best gymnast but he meets a girl who looks new. His friend Lisa tells him there was a new girl named Anna. Cory can't stop thinking about Anna. His best friend, another gymnast, David, tells him to stop thinking about Anna. Cory has fallen for Anna. Cory calls Anna but a man tells Cory Anna has been dead for a year. Cory drives to her house on Fear Street but the same man answers and says Anna is dead. Cory's losing sleep over Anna and he's doing bad in gymnastics because he can't stop thinking about her. Lisa obviously has a crush on Cory but Cory can't take a hint. Is Anna dead? Will Cory uncover her secret? Will Cory find out Lisa has a crush on him? Find out by reading the book.

Great book. I haven't read 1 or 2 or the new one but I still surprisingly got the story. Corky Corcoran and the rest of her team survived the evil twice. The survivig ones are Corky, Kimmy, Debra and Ronnie. There is a new girl named Hannah and I'm not sure about a girl named Heather. They kinda ignored Heather but anyways at a restaurant, Corky, Debra, Kimmy and Ronnie are ordering and Corky orders pea soup and everyone makes fun of her. Then the soup starts bubbling and erupting, they know it must be the evil that was after them. They run out. At a cheerleading practice, Hannah shows off and pretends to be the best. Kimmy, Corky and Ronnie hate Hannah but Debra thinks she's okay. At night when Corky is sleeping in her room a ghost, who in around about ten seconds realises it's Bobbi, a former cheerleader and sister to Corky. Bobbi got killed by the evil. Corky realises she's dreaming and Bobbi shows inside her skull and Corky sees cockroaches all over. Corky wakes up and sees cockroaches all over and wakes up her family (mom, dad and brother) but the cockroaches disappeared. In the morning the cheerleaders go to cheerleading camp but they don't know the evil is in one of them and is scheming the whole week of mayhem. Will Corky discover what Bobbi is saying? Who is the evil cheerleader? and What will happen to the cheerleaders?

For me, it was kinda odd I didn't read Silent Night 1 but this one is about a rich, spoiled girl named Reva Dalby who has a dad who owns Dalby's Department. Reva works there in perfume. Reva survived something a year ago but I don't know what it was but a teenage boy and girl are poor and are starving, for money. Diane and Pres were their names. Pres lives in an apartment all by himself and Diane lives in a house with her mom and dad but they're ALWAYS drunk. Pres remembers that he worked at Dalby's Department but was stealing and got caught and got fired. Now he wants revenge. They both do. They both plan to kidnap Reva and tell her dad, a millionaire that they have Reva but if he wants Reva back, he has to pay millions. They knew a few millions wouldn't even make a difference to her dad. Will they get Reva and become millionaires? Will Reva find out someone's trying to kidnap her? Or will Reva escape and still not pay?

A pretty good book, it starts off in the mid-sixties and there is a New Year's Party. Beth is dancing but her friend, Jeremy, can't stand up for himself and lets a cruel prank happen. Jeremy leaves and Beth follows and Jeremy drives too fast and accidently they hit someone and crash. Beth doesn't believe they hit someone but Jeremy wants to see the body. They crash. Now, Reenie has a Christmas Party and they pull a funny prank on a new guy, P.J. The prank was that Sandi, a hot girl at school would ask P.J. out and they would go to the Christmas Party and have a long kiss and Sandi would die because they say the kiss was too hot for her and she died. P.J. got scared and died. He had a bad heart. Sandi got back up and everyone was scared. Sandi ran off. They thought that someone was pulling in the driveway and hid the body in the basement behind the furnace but nobody drove in. They called 9-1-1 and the police were coming over. They looked for P.J. but he was missing. The police arrived and they said it was pranks and they thought he was dead but he pulled a prank. But the next day, P.J. is missing. And people involved in Reenie's prank start dying. Who killing them? And where's P.J.? And what does Beth and Jeremy have to do with this? Find out by reading the book.
