Not A Coincidence That This Is Great!, Dec 28 2012
I really liked both Callie and Kayden. Each have their own individual private issues, both struggling to overcome them separately and alone. Love Seth! Grabbed me from the first page and...BEST ending ever! It makes me want to read the next book SO much. Nice cliffhanger! Well done!

Flat Out Entertaining!!, Dec 25 2012
I really liked this, it was quirky and fun, right from the start. The rapport between Julie and Matt was entertaining to read, their constant back and forth was amusing. Flat Finn was an unusual addition, but as much a main character as Julie or Matt. Overall it was very enjoyable, gave me a giggle and kept me interested. It was a fun read for me. Thumbs up for this!

Not A Disaster!, Dec 25 2012
I started reading this as an alternative to all the vampire/ werewolf/ demon fiction currently flooding the market. Sure the characters aren't perfect, they are flawed. Human Nature. Realistic Fiction at it's best. I love Travis and Abby! I actually know a couple similar to this in my life...and they are an absolute train wreck..but don't people generally slow down, and take a look at the wreck? This is one of my faves of the year!

"Easy" To Love!, Dec 25 2012
I Really liked it!! Bravo Tammara Webber! It had humour, angst, trouble AND love, all the things that make a good story. It was well written, and grabbed my interest right away. Loved the interactions between "Landon" and Jaqueline..flirty and witty at the same time. I couldn't put it down. Thumbs up from me!

Time Well Spent, Dec 25 2012
I knew from the reviews, this book would be good. This book is not good, it's near PERFECTION. Colleen Hoover's writing style is awesome in the respect that it flows so well, hooks you right from the very first page. I was fully invested in her characters and their story. I was absolutely absorbed in this book. The story of love..and loss. The story of abuse..and abduction. The story of selflessness that one doesn't often find in everyday life. The story of forgiveness, that is always hard to do, but is the only way to progress through life. She captured each emotion so well that as you read, it tugs at your heart and your only hope is that everyone survives the outcome. It was time well spent. Fantastic work...Kudos to Colleen Hoover for a fantastic story. Definitely one of my FAVES for the year!

Refreshing....., Nov 20 2012
I found this book a refreshing new view on contemporary romance. The writing was smooth and flowed well, making it easy to follow each character's point of view. The characters Dylan and Alex could be your next door neighbour. They are very real and believable in the story. I liked that the author touched on what the life of a soldier returning home after fighting in the war would be like. The loss of friends and love, the emotional turmoil, guilt for for surviving.. were all portrayed realistically. It was a great read. Kudos to Charles Sheehan-Miles, this is one of my Favourites for 2012!

The Witch Was The Most Interesting Part..., Oct 29 2011
I was really looking forward to this movie. I was disappointed. Nicolas Cage was not spectacular in the role, almost like he played the part of Behmen without having any interest in it. Ron Pearlman did not shine either. For me Claire Foy as the witch was the most interesting character to watch. Maybe it was the writing? Maybe it was the casting, but I was hoping for something better.

Some Potential..., Oct 29 2011
I love this era, King Arthur and his knights. For me the choice of Jamie Campbell Bower as King Arthur would not have been my first. His acting is weak and I find he does not draw me into the show. Eva Green on the other hand, excels at playing the evil Morgan who is constantly trying to regain her rightful place at the throne. Joseph Fiennes is good in the role as Merlin, even though he can do magic, he regrets it everytime he does. Overall the show is ok.

Sons Of Anarchy Rocks!, Oct 8 2010
When my husband first brought this home I didn't even think I would watch the first 5 minutes. Even as he started it, I was doing something else. As it played in the background I was drawn in bit by bit. Then we watched the first season in a week. This show is so much more than motorcycle clubs. It's about family, friends, loyalty and trust. The cast is amazing! We were hooked right away! It's a show that keeps on giving.. humor, drama, sex..all of it! Thanks FX!!!

Hooked From The First Episode.., Aug 4 2010
This show is refreshing! I love this show, it is my newest obsession! I am hooked. It is Sci-Fi, Drama, and a little Twisted, all rolled up into one awesome package. The characters are interesting, the storylines are well developed. Well written series that only gets better each episode. This is on my "To Buy" list for sure. And in the midst of Reality TV it is fantastic to have a good quality show to watch. I can't wait for season 3!
