Love it or Hate it, Jan. 19 2008
Its one of those books where people seem to love it or hate it. I love it. I loved the tone because I tend to like people who have a passion for their topic even if I don't agree 100%. After all, do I really want to hear from someone who has no unique point of view without passion. I get that from a dictionary. As far as the information goes, the most important thing I got from this book is that even if you are not morally a vegitarian, the meat, chicken and dairy of today are not what they were 100 years ago. And if simply taking birth control pills can make some people sick and fat, imagine what taking all those hormones and antibiotics are doing. I'm off meat, chicken and dairy (except for the occasional pizza). I'm keeping the sugar and coffee thought.
