The book is divided into complimentary yoga sessions based on the bodies meridians. There is a short and long version for each session. She explains the difference between young and yang yoga and how these work on the body in a complimentary way.
i found this dvd to be very interesting. I had never tried YIn Yoga before and found it to be quite a challenge to hold the poses. There are easier modifications that I followed and then after a couple of times was able to try the more challenging stretches.
Caroline usually gives a 'depth charge' to the reader/listener. This book is no different. She moves beyond the idea of a mind-body connection to healing and further proposes that if the mind is flawed how can you use it to heal?
