Good product BUT..., Jan 9 2012
I bought this product based on good reviews. The unit was performing good for the first two or three weeks but then suddenly the whole thing froze - the screen kept on defaulting to a specifc tab and the keys were all dead! The unit won't even turn off except by pressing the reset button. According to the documentation in case of problems the Reset button should bring back the device to normal, but unfortunately the problem stuck. I tried all sorts of key combinations and whatever button I can find but the unit is simply dead. Googling for user forums was also futile (there's none!) I sent a message to the vendor "Kinz" via Amazon but receieved no response whatsover. I was able to google the Ematic manufacturer customer service who replied after a couple of days to return my unit for replacement. I'm still in the process of shipping it back (at my own expense) so I don't know yet what will happen.
