5.0 out of 5 stars A Perfect Cable, April 23 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you're in need of a way to hook up your some piece of electronic equipment (computer in my case) to another device) to another display device over a short distance than look no further than this cable. It may not cost big bucks but it sure doesn't lack on providing the exact same signal a more expensive cable would provide while costing you more for no added benefit. So as long as you don't need a HDMI to DVI cable longer than 3 feet (many people do, 3 feet doesn't go as far as you would think), I would highly recommend this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Love It, Jan. 24 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Before I bought the Aircat 1150 I was using a store branded impact wrench that weighs 4 times as much and has at best half the power. Eventually this was becoming a real problem for me so I broke down and decided to order a new wrench and let me tell you, I do not regret going against the advice of my coworkers and ordering the Aircat. Not only was this impact wrench at least $120 cheaper than a 2135TiMax, it's a heck of a lot quieter and to date, I've yet to find a fastener this wrench will not budge and another will. Plus this impact wrench is durable, it's taken a few hits to the floor, gotten wet countless times and other than being dirty and having a few scratches, this wrench is still as good as the day it came out of the box.

So if you're looking for a dependable and hard hitting impact wrench that won't leave you wallet completely drained, I can't recommend the Aircat 1150 enough.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the Best, Nov. 1 2014
If you're after a 90 degree angle die grinder, the 3101G is by far one of the best choices on the market. It keeps up with the big name guys off the tool trucks that cost much more, doesn't sound like a jet engine at takeoff like the cheap ones do and is comfortable to use (doesn't get cold in your hand like the all metal body ones do).

I will say, my one major gripe is the safety release on these grinders can be difficult to disengage, especially when they are new. They do wear in with age but even a well used unit will occasionally annoy you. That said, this gripe is not enough of a problem that I would deduct a star for it.

So whether you're a professional technician or DIYer, this grinder may not carry the price tag of the "pro" grade tools, but it certainly delivers professional grade results/performance and would be a welcome addition to anyone's air tool collection.

3.0 out of 5 stars Love the length, not the quality, Nov. 1 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I bought this MicroUSB cable as a replacement for the far too short stock cable included with my Nexus 7 tablet and at first it proved to be an excellent replacement and at 3 months it outlasted a more expensive replacement cable from a local computer shop. But sadly my happiness with this product was short lived as it didn't make 6 months before the MicroUSB connector and the wire insulation parted ways leaving the wire exposed. While this does not prevent the cable from functioning correctly, it is an annoyance as it leaves the cable in a much more fragile state and as such, makes this cable a product I would not recommend unless you very infrequently use a MicroUSB cable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fans May Rejoice, Sept. 13 2014
I usually avoid book reviews as writing about plot lines and the other usual book review parts is not a strong suit of mine and you'll find none of those here, but this novel deserves at least acknowledgement of it's brilliance. To start with, this book builds off the Veronica Mars movie so I would strongly suggest you do NOT read this novel unless you've at least seen the movie, otherwise you might find yourself a little lost and filled with spoilers as The Thousand Dollar Tan Line picks up just two months after the events of the movie. That said, once you've got the requisite movie time down, this is a novel well worth the read.

I'll spare you the specific details of the story as other reviewers have covered that much better but I will say it will keep you on the edge of your seat and feels just like watching the old TV series, except you're making the visuals yourself and for once, Veronica herself isn't telling the story, a refreshing change that doesn't detract from the experience at all. I also have to say, the book pulls all the old TV show/movie punches with the original suspect/premise being turned on it's head and Veronica as usual landing herself in danger but what would a Veronica Mars novel be without these moments.

In short I loved The Thousand Dollar Tan Line and I can't recommend this enough to any fan of Veronica Mars who is longing for more. This book has already made me impatient for the sequel and I imagine you'll find yourself in the same boat once finished.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Excellent Addition to your Toolbox, Aug. 26 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you've got a car that this tool fits (such as the 2.3L Mazda 3, certain Ford Fusion models, Mercedes, etc) you should absolutely have this Assenmacher wrench in your toolbox. It grips tight (so it will require a bit of effort to remove when done) and easily removes your oil filter housing without scratching, scuffing or slipping off till the job is done. Also unlike some of the other Assenmacher oil filter wrenches, this wrench does have a 3/8 drive available to use or you can turn the nut on top with a 22mm wrench, so you don't necessarily have to have a decent wrench set to use this tool. So if you've got a car that needs the M0219 I can't recommend it enough as it's a professional grade tool at reasonable price (especially compared to the "cheaper" stamped metal ones available).

5.0 out of 5 stars Assenmacher Does It Again, Aug. 26 2014
As a professional technician, I have several of these Assenmacher oil filter wrenches (since Toyota, BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen all require different tools) and this Hyundai tool certainly does not disappoint. It more specifically fits newer Hyundai V6 engines with cartridge filter housings (and just like all other Assenmacher products, it fits tightly, so don't expect it to slide off when done) and makes changing the oil much, much easier vs using some of the other methods people may try from vise-grip oil filter wrenches to strap wrenches. Plus this tool does not scratch or damage your housing in any way and even allows you to use a torque wrench on your housing. So while these tools may be only used for one task, you will never regret having one of these in your toolbox if you own a Hyundai that has a cartridge filter housing this fits.

5.0 out of 5 stars An Excellent Set, July 1 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This precision bit set is the perfect tool for anyone who does DIY work on smaller devices such as game controllers, small electronics or anything with those odd screws designed to keep the average person out. The bits are very well made, don't strip easily (yet to mark any of mine in any way vs. my old set that would mark easily when pressure was put on them) and the case is well laid out.

My one gripe with this set is the plastic opening tool. As many people have mentioned here already, it's made of very soft plastic and is easily damaged. I've barely used mine and yet the tip still has several grooves cut into it already. That said, the opening tool is not why I bought this set (nor is it a reason I would say anyone should) and considering the price, I can't deduct a star for it. So if you're after a precision screwdriver set that will get you past those "security" screws on many devices, this is the perfect set for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Tool, July 1 2014
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is one of those tools that although it's single purpose, you'll be glad to have it in your toolbox since it makes changing the oil filter on any modern Toyota a simple task vs. a frustrating fight. Not to mention, unlike many of the cheaper "tools", this Assenmacher fits tight (which does mean you often will have a bit of work removing it when finished) and is a solid one-piece construction making it much harder to break vs. the cheaper tools you might find in your local auto parts store.

But as other have mentioned, the picture for this item is misleading. The tool you'll receive from Amazon does not have a hole for a 3/8 or 1/2 drive ratchet, just a nut on top that can be turned by either a 15/16 or 24mm socket or wrench. So if you buy this tool, make sure you've either got a decent set of sockets/wrenches with either size in the set or be prepared to buy a socket or wrench to use this tool. That said, considering this tool is leaps and bounds ahead of the stuff your local auto parts store tends to sell, I would say even if you do have to buy a socket to go with this tool, it's still impossible for me to recommend anything but this Assenmacher wrench. It's simply that good of a tool.

5.0 out of 5 stars Simply Fantastic, April 23 2014
For anyone looking for rechargeable batteries, Eneloops are the cream of the crop. I have Eneloops powering everything from remotes, game controllers and sonic toothbrushes to a 30 LED work light and they never disappoint. They last as long if not longer than the cheap AA's available from your local big box store and run toe to toe with the bigger brands in run time, all while saving you cash vs. buying new packs of batteries. For any type of regular device that requires AA batteries, Eneloops are a solid choice.

If though you're trying to power high draw devices like cameras (and their flashes) you shouldn't be looking at standard Eneloops, they aren't designed for that much demand and thus empty quickly. Either consider Eneloop XX batteries (which are much higher capacity with the trade-off of decreased recharge count) or stick to something like Energizer Advanced Lithium batteries.

With all that said, I once again must say I can't recommend Eneloops enough. Though they may cost more in terms of initial investment, they are a quality product and will save you money in the long run vs. buying packs of standard disposable batteries.
