5.0 out of 5 stars An Excellent Gauge, Sept. 1 2015
Now I'll say before I get any further, I actually own the Matco DT4 (which appears to have been discontinued by Matco), which is essentially this Astro unit, just in a red rubber casing and it bears the Matco logo instead of Astro, but otherwise, the units are identical design wise. Now whether you buy the Matco or the Astro, you'll love having this tire inflator available, especially with TPMS equipped vehicles as it is dead accurate, can inflate and deflate (inflating is done by squeezing the trigger all the way, deflating is done by just squeezing the trigger part way) and it has a large, easy to read display that you can trigger a back light on if you need it. Not to mention you can easily change units with this inflator to accurately match vehicle ratings should the vehicle read in kPa instead of PSI.

The two major downsides with these units is the air chucks they come with can leak when you clip them on valves. Mine does unless I press down on the chuck to keep it firmly seated, which I don't care about much. The other is issue is a well documented one, the battery changes. These gauges use a CR2450 battery (which I suggest ordering from Amazon, far better value usually) to power them and they don't last forever. My unit lasted about 9 months on the first battery installed by my Matco rep who was kind enough to give me a spare that I'm currently using and installed myself. Now I didn't have that big a problem getting mine changed as I simply pulled the rubber case back till the rear of the unit was fully exposed, which makes the job much easier and I had my battery changed in 5 minutes.

So even with the minor downsides these inflators may carry, if you're looking for an accurate digital gauge to keep those TPMS warning lights at bay, whether at home or in a shop, look no further than an Astro Pneumatic 3018/Matco DT4.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Time-Saver For Any Technician, Sept. 1 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you've ever dealt with TPMS sensors with cores that are seized or TPMS in general, these deflators can be a real time saver. Screw one on the valve and you'll have the air out in just a little more time than it takes with the core out of the valve and be ready to perform any tire work you're doing. Plus unlike some kits on the market, these OTC deflators are color-coded and stamped for wheel location so you can return the sensors to their original locations when finished, eliminating the need to re-learn the sensors locations on many vehicles. So while this tool is a single-purpose tool that is by no means necessary, it's wonderful to have waiting in your toolbox for whenever a TPMS equipped vehicle rolls in.

3.0 out of 5 stars By No Means Are These The Best, Sept. 1 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
These gloves are definitely best described as light duty use. While I've used disposables that tear easier than these do, you can still tear these open fairly easily and I've broken a few putting them on. I will say though, these gloves do fit more loosely than some other gloves I've purchased in an XL size and for what I use these gloves for, I actually prefer that as I tend to use these gloves for oil changes and general cleanup jobs and it makes them easy to get off when I'm done with them, unlike my favorite disposable gloves (Greasemonkey 15ml thickness). So if you're after gloves for an oil change or cleaning work, these might not be a bad choice, but for general automotive work, look at something else.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Quality Product, June 30 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Don't let the price tag on this valve stem puller fool you, this is a solid, quality made product designed to last a long time and help you pull stems into rims. Even has a rubber protector near the pivot point to prevent you from scratching rims while pulling a stem through and crosshatching on the handle to prevent your hand from slipping while using the tool. So with that, I say, if you're in need of a valve stem puller, look no further than this Steelman puller.

5.0 out of 5 stars One Excellent Puller, June 19 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you're in need of a quality puller for battery terminals or wiper arms look no further than this KD Tools/GearWrench puller. While there may be cheaper ones, they definitely won't last as long or do as good a job as this one does. I've used mine on more than few corroded/stubborn wiper arms and it's popped them off with ease every time without sustaining a scratch. So if you own a vehicle built by a manufacturer who insists you remove your wiper arm just to change a wiper blade, consider picking up one of these pullers, it will save you a lot of hassle.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent Disposable Gloves, June 19 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you're looking for some cheap disposable gloves for household cleanup tasks (nothing in the workshop though, these gloves do NOT hold up well to oil, solvents, etc.) that are available in more than one size fits no one, look no further than these Daxwell gloves. While they aren't very tear resistant, anything that catches these gloves is likely to tear them open, assuming you avoid such hazards they hold up as well as some more expensive gloves I've used. Not to mention these gloves fit well, I usually wear an XL glove and these gloves actually conform to my hand and are a comfortable fit in an XL, something a few more expensive gloves have failed at.

Now the main reason I bought these gloves were for halogen bulb changes on vehicles as it's easy to grab a clean pair and they hold up well enough to finish the job without costing me a fortune. Are they my favorite gloves, no, but my favorite gloves are 3-4 times the price for half the amount so I'd say it's a fair compromise. To sum up, if you're in need of some light-duty disposable gloves that don't break the bank, these Daxwell gloves are a good choice as long as you don't need any tear resistance.

5.0 out of 5 stars More Than Welcome Addition To Any Toolbox, May 30 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
There's plenty of these door panel removers on the market and this Tekton keeps up with the more expensive ones with ease. It's great for removing those little plastic clips that hold so many things together on cars and has also proven quite useful at prying off tight fitting wheel covers/center caps thanks to the angle built into this tool (it's basically a mini prybar). Not to mention, the quality of this tool is more than sufficient for it's intended uses, so if you've got a modern vehicle with trim pieces, plastic clips and other stubborn parts and want to do you're own work, this tool would be a welcome addition to your tool collection.

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent Brushes, May 30 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
For the price these command, these brushes are a good deal, just don't expect a miracle of quality (they are plastic handles after all). I've yet to lose any bristles out of mine despite extensive use but these brushes do flex/bend quite a lot while in use and I know this is going to lead to one breaking near the brush head one of these days. That said, these brushes have been invaluable in cleaning up corrosion in tight spaces so and have far outlasted my initial expectations so as long as you don't need them for daily extended use, I would recommend picking up a set as you get steel, brass and nylon brushes in this set, making them very versatile and an excellent value.

Capri Tools 60 SMD Aluminum Work Light with Rechargeable Lithium Battery
Capri Tools 60 SMD Aluminum Work Light with Rechargeable Lithium Battery
4 used & new from CDN$ 99.10

5.0 out of 5 stars One Awesome Light, May 30 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you're looking for a great work light, look no further than this one. I bought mine to replace an aging cheap worklight that was developing flickering LED's and let me tell you, the warning in the box NOT to look at this light while it's on is NO joke, this is a very bright light. Compared to my old light, it's like a candle vs. a lighthouse and the Capri light is infinitely more versatile thanks to the included adjustable hooks and magnet. The magnet is more than strong enough to hold up the weight of this light so you can stick it to the underside of a hood to illuminate an engine or to the underside of a car for a better look. The best part is, both the magnet and the hooks can be rotated around their mounting points so you can easily angle the light to the optimal position for whatever you need to light up. Plus, this light delivers on performance, though I've never use mine for more than 30 minutes at a time, it easily delivers on it's promised battery life of 3.5 hours and it charges fairly quickly.

In short, if you're after a rechargeable work light that's bright, durable and versatile, look no further than a Capri Tools 60 SMD work light.

Fulling High Speed HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (3 feet)
Fulling High Speed HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (3 feet)

5.0 out of 5 stars A Perfect Cable, April 23 2015
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you're in need of a way to hook up your some piece of electronic equipment (computer in my case) to another device) to another display device over a short distance than look no further than this cable. It may not cost big bucks but it sure doesn't lack on providing the exact same signal a more expensive cable would provide while costing you more for no added benefit. So as long as you don't need a HDMI to DVI cable longer than 3 feet (many people do, 3 feet doesn't go as far as you would think), I would highly recommend this product.
