I bought this book after reading and using a copy from our local library. I use the recipes and do not use the bread machine for anything other then kneading the dough. I then bake the bread in my oven. Delicious. I have been unable to find a bread machine that does bread as good I can do in the oven.

This is an excellent guide to Vancouver Island fishing. Both techniques and hotspots are discussed. Now like any other fishing, lures and specific fishy areas change, but you will certainly be in the right area and with a little local knowledge from one of the sporting goods stores in the area, along with the lure of choice you will be pretty certain of catching a nice salmon. I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it as a must read for anyone coming to the island for a fishing holiday.
