Buy the originals. That is what makes them famous. Its just that, its no fun to hear someone else's version of classic music. There is spark and emotion to the music that is Star Trek, and when someone does a copy....its not the same.

Star Trek: Insurrection is a great score overall. The flow to this CD is very enjoyable. Even though there was more music in the film that was not released on this album, you will enjoy Goldsmith's smooth transition between action cues and melodys. I love this score and I cannot put it away. This is some of Goldsmith's most fun work! I love all Star Trek scores, this one happens to be a favorite!

but it deserves a better DVD!
More features Paramount..please!

...The only thing missing is the USAF Thunderbirds. Great picture quality, awesome audio, beautiful photography...what more do you want??? Cool Documentaries on how they made the IMAX camera mounts on the F/A-18's. I bet the pilots hated flying with that weight! Overall, Superb flying film! Very enjoyable!
...oh yeah, did I mention that I was in the movie...as a spectator at the late El Toro Air Show :)

...This DVD has nothing on it, but a trailer. Granted, I have never seen the trailer until today! I am the biggest JAWS fan, even though this movie is one of the worst! It has some great qualities behind it, you just have to look beyond the LOW budget! I would have liked to have had both endings on the DVD, but let's face it...I am the only one who is going to buy this movie and watch it again and again!

My mother bought this CD and I never wanted to listen to it, but... I found out that two of the songs are from the USAF Thunderbirds air demonstartion and I have love these songs ever since. "Barcelona" and "Shock" are my favorites, but I may be influenced :)

I have always been a fan of the Space Shuttle IMAX films. And after the events of Feb 2003, now is a great time to pick up this collector's DVD to appreciate the power that Columbia brought to the world.

Yes, it may be a cheesy love story but it has a great story to tell. I loved it, when I went into the theaters to hate it. I love the story of Pearl Harbor and Michael Bay did a great job of recreating the 1940's. Yes, it is meant for todays audiences, but so is Titanic. See this film, the R rated directors cut has more gore, only one added scene was appreciated...that's it.
3 hours, enjoy the sound and score.

There is no need to talk about this film, I just watched it again today and I loved it all over again.
Set aside 2 1/2 hours of your day and buy this film today!
You will not be dissapointed.
