I was introduced to Sugar Plant by a friend a few years back, and although this album is more elusive than some of the other albums, IT IS WORTH EVERY CENT to buy it when you do find a copy. It's difficult to explain to someone who hasn't heard it... the use of texture in this album creates otherworldly soundscapes with a blend of sparce guitar, light synth and a smooth-groove rhythm section. Imagine tapping your foot ever so slightly and being ultra relaxed while doing so. Dreamy lo-fi has finally made a classic album!
