Service complaint, Feb. 13 2012
I am extremely disapointed in the fact this product has never shipped and no follow up email has been recieved to inform of the status. If it was never intended to ship, you should of been up front and said so at the time of order. Moving forward this gives me very little incentive to order through Amazon.com if this is how you handle orders.
