I was disappointed in this. It is bulky and hard to clean, and it doesn't grind well. I would not recommend it.

I've been reading Gretchen's blog [...] for a long time, so I wasn't sure if the book would be worth buying. Luckily for me, it was. There is more material here and it comes together in a way that a blog can't.
I've read a number of books on happiness, and how to improve it, but this is the only one that has both inspired me and given me a useful framework to change my own life and my own habits. I hope it helps you too.
