I'm not much of a writer but when I created a journal (as suggested on day 12) it really helped to organize my thoughts and create on order of importance in my life. It allowed me to express my feelings and emotions without fear of being judged or compared (as I would have felt speaking to a professional). I felt very proud of myself being able to work things out on my own!
